Video Clipper SaaS provides AI-powered video clipping, transcription, captioning, and editing tools. The service operates on a credit-based subscription model.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You may only upload content that you own or have legal rights to use. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
Plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Credits are consumed based on video processing time. Unused credits may expire at the end of each billing cycle depending on your plan.
Users may earn commission by referring new customers. Commission rates are set by the platform and may be changed with notice. Reseller accounts must comply with all applicable laws and branding guidelines.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or determined by the platform on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
